Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of Crypto Terminal between Servuswebseiten UG and all registered or unregistered users of the platform.

2. Services

Crypto Terminal provides market information, research tools, alerts, and technical analysis features. The platform is provided for informational and analytical purposes only and does not provide investment advice.

3. Accounts and access

• The Free version may be available in whole or in part without registration.
• Certain features require a user account.
• Access may be granted through passwordless email-code login and, where enabled, additional authenticator verification.

4. Free and Premium

Crypto Terminal may offer both a Free plan and a Premium plan. The Free plan provides a limited feature set. Premium unlocks additional workflows and advanced functionality, including professional trading and analysis areas and other premium features shown in the product.

5. Pricing, billing, and cancellation

During the early platform phase, Premium may be offered at an introductory price of EUR 20 per month for the first three months of the system rollout. Billing is monthly. Cancellations may be made effective at the end of any month. Pricing adjustments, if any, are generally considered no more than once per calendar year or when substantial new premium functionality is introduced. Existing subscribers will receive appropriate advance notice before any change applies to a future billing period.

6. Usage rules

• no abusive or unlawful use of the platform
• no unauthorized access to third-party accounts
• no technical interference with the service or circumvention of access restrictions

7. No investment advice and limitation of responsibility

All information, data, and research content provided through Crypto Terminal is for informational purposes only. No guarantee is given regarding completeness, timeliness, accuracy, or future outcomes. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a promise of economic success.

8. Availability and beta status

Crypto Terminal is an actively evolving product. Features may change, be refined, or be removed as the platform develops. Temporary downtime, maintenance windows, delays, or limited availability may occur, particularly during beta and rollout phases.

9. Final provisions

Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected. To the extent legally permissible, German law shall apply. If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
